Safety isn't just what we do, it's who we are

OHS consultants with heart

Businesses often shy away from safety, believing it’s too complicated. But too often it’s been made overly complex. As OHS consultants, we know this is a big problem.

Soteria Safety Group was born out of the belief that safety should be intuitive, simple and practical for every person. Because it’s simple – it’s about doing the right thing, in the right way, with the right training and the right checks and balances in place.

And with 30 years of knowledge and experience in the HSEQ sector, we are the right people to help you do it.

We’ve worked as Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) consultants and other safety roles in multiple industries where HSEQ is pivotal in the day-to-day running of the business. We take a holistic approach to safety and believe it works best when integrated into your business.

We focus on helping and empowering you to improve and integrate HSEQ into your business – simply and successfully. We’ll solve your safety problems no matter how tough. And if we need to bring in some specialist expertise to assist us, we have an extensive network including Occupational Health specialists, HR specialists, financial experts and more, so we’ll find the right person for the job.

We care about people.

We’re here to build long-term, trusted relationships with our clients. We deeply care about our clients as people, and the safety of their people. That means we always act with integrity and we always do what’s right.

We go the extra mile.

We know safety can feel overwhelming at times. So we do everything we can to make safety simple, practical, intuitive and streamlined. Because when it’s simple,

We keep it real.

We’re always professional, but we are also human. We’re here to make life as safe for our clients as we can – and that means we demystify the mysterious and make things easy. We’re warm and open, pragmatic and understanding.

We’re constantly curious.

We are here to learn everything we can about our clients, so that we can serve you better. We don’t believe in one-size fits all – that’s why we’re constantly asking questions so that we can always find the right, bespoke solutions.
